Maintenance HA Servers Amsterdam-02

Throughout the night of 8 November onto the morning of 9 November, we will perform maintenance on our HA Servers platform between 23:00 and 04:00 (UTC+2).

During the maintenance window downtime of no more than 30 minutes per VM is expected, as we are going to update and reboot the servers running your VM(s).

Maintenance Servers Amsterdam-01

On 17 November onto the morning of 18 November, we will perform maintenance on our HA & Standard Servers platform between 10:00 and 18:00 (CEST).

During this maintenance window we will upgrade the cloud orchestration software to a new version. No downtime is expected but VM management will be temporary unavailable.

E-mail Interruption shared e-mail

We're currently experiencing issues on parts of our Mail Platform. This affects a part of our users, that cannot send or receive mail at this moment. Also, the webmail-client is unavailable for these customers. Our technicians are investigating the problem and we're working very hard to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We will add more information once it becomes available. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

    The cause of the issue was determined to be a corruption on one of the disks in our mail cluster. The disk has been been repaired, solving the issues.
